Return Policy

Online Purchases Only (via CaPaoFruit.com):
Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Shipments
• In the case of damage or incorrect shipment CaPao will replace the damaged product(s) or ship the correct product(s) at our cost.
• Please contact us at hello@capaofruit.com with the original order number and requested action. Include a photograph of the damaged product or incorrect product as well as your email and address so we can contact you.
• All shipments will be made to the original shipping address

Dissatisfaction
• CaPao guarantees your satisfaction. We will gladly refund your purchase.
• There is a lifetime limit of one dissatisfaction refund per shipping address
• Dissatisfaction refunds will be for the purchase price
• Dissatisfaction refunds have a maximum of $40 USD (none of our products individually exceed this cap, however an order of multiple product could exceed this cap)
• Please contact us at hello@capaofruit.com with the original order number, receipt and explanation of the reason for the dissatisfaction. Please include your email, phone number and address so we can contact you.

All Refund requests (damage, incorrect shipment or dissatisfaction) must be made within 30 days of purchase to be honored.

All Refunds will be in the form of credit to the original purchasing vehicle (credit card)
